General Conditions
These general contracting conditions (hereinafter, General Conditions) regulate the catalogue of products offered by Eleven Obi available on its website www.elevenobi.com.
These General Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of current legal regulations.

Customer
Any user of the website www.elevenobi.com will be considered a Client.
The Customer may purchase products from the catalog through a payment gateway to complete their online purchases. To do so, the Customer must complete a contact form provided for this purpose on the checkout page. The following information must be provided: full name or company name, CIF/NIF/DNI, billing address, delivery address, contact telephone number, and email address.
These data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of these General Conditions and the “Privacy Policy” section.
Purchasing process
Each product has a product description and sales price, including the current VAT (21%). In the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the tax is set at 0%, as the customer is responsible for paying it to the relevant tax authority.
The final purchase price of a product may vary due to associated shipping costs and the chosen payment method. Before confirming an order, the customer will be fully informed of all current costs and exact prices, as well as the amount of taxes.
In most cases, a product listing will include a photograph of the product, as well as its specifications, which have been provided by the manufacturer or, failing that, from other publicly available sources. Eleven Obi reserves the right to modify all information regarding the products displayed in this online catalog at any time.
Acceptance of Purchase
It occurs when the Customer gives their express consent, proceeding with payment through one of the channels available at the time of purchase.
Upon completing the order, the customer enters into a product purchase contract with Eleven Obi, acquiring the rights and commitments established in the applicable regulations and those set forth in these general terms and conditions.
Payment of Orders
Payment for orders will be made via PayPal or credit/debit card.
PayPal
PayPal platform integrated system. You must have a PayPal account and an authorized payment method on the platform. If you wish to pay by card, you must use the corresponding payment method.
Credit/Debit Card
Payment by credit/debit card is made through a Redsys virtual POS terminal. When you request this payment method, you will be redirected to a secure bank page. This data is not managed on Akame’s servers. Once the payment process is complete, you will be redirected back to our website. If your payment is accepted, you will be able to view your order details.
Eleven Obi reserves the right to expand or reduce the number of payment methods available at any time without prior notice.
Order delivery times
Order delivery times depend on the availability of the product(s). Delivery times vary between 48 and 72 hours, or 7 to 10 days for items that are not in stock and will arrive at our warehouse soon.
However, this availability period may be modified in the event of simultaneous orders for the same product or products that result in the product becoming out of stock. The new delivery period will be notified to the Customer as soon as possible. If the stock is definitively out of stock, the Customer will be notified and may choose between choosing a different product with similar characteristics and a similar price to the out-of-stock product, or canceling their order and receiving a refund.
Eleven Obi will ensure that each order contains as much information as possible regarding product availability.
Orders will be delivered by courier to the delivery address indicated by the Customer and to the designated recipient. This information will be included on the courier’s delivery note, which will also indicate the number of packages in the shipment, the total weight, the order number, and the refund.
In addition to the delivery note, the Customer will receive a purchase invoice with each order, either inside the shipping packaging or with the shipped product. In some cases, it will be sent via email or regular mail.
If at the time of delivery it is clearly and visibly evident, without the need to manipulate the shipping packaging or the product itself, that a product has defects caused by damage during transport or, in the same way, an error is observed in the merchandise received, the Customer must record it on the delivery note and notify Eleven Obi (by email to info@elevenobi.com) within fifteen (15) days following receipt of the order in order to request the return of the affected product and thus its replacement with a new one or a refund of the price paid for it. Or refuse to accept it.
Defects caused during transport that are only noticeable after unpacking the product must be reported within fifteen (15) days from receipt of the order by email to info@elevenobi.com, indicating the damage caused to the product and requesting the return of the affected product and thus its replacement with a new one or the refund of the price paid for it.
You have 15 days from receipt of the product to return or exchange it. You must ship it to an address we will provide and notify us of your intention to return or exchange it within the established timeframe. Any costs incurred by this return or exchange will NOT be covered by Eleven Obi, except in the case of a defective product or incorrect shipment.
If the product shows no damage that prevents it from being sold as a new unit, that is, it has not been opened, you will receive a full refund or exchange for a new unit. If the product has been opened, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Product Warranty
The legal framework for guarantees (Law 23/2003, of July 10, on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods) aims to provide the Customer with various options for demanding compensation when the purchased good does not comply with the contract, giving them the option of demanding repair or replacement of the good, unless this proves impossible or disproportionate. When replacement is not possible or unsuccessful, the consumer may demand a price reduction or termination of the contract.
Warranty claims will not be accepted when products have been opened for hygiene reasons.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
Eleven Obi will ship orders by the means of transport agreed upon with the customer, usually through Eleven Obi’s partner company.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are visible on the checkout page after entering a billing/shipping address. Shipping costs will therefore be provided to the customer before completing the purchase and will be detailed on the invoice.
The transportation service will include home delivery.
Shipments to countries outside the European Union impose customs fees on imported products. These fees will be calculated by customs and will be required upon receipt of the goods. This process is completely beyond our control, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
In accordance with current legislation, claims for damage or defects in the transported goods must be filed within two weeks of proper receipt, unless the damage is evident at the time of receipt, in which case the claim must be filed upon receipt of the goods. After the aforementioned time limits have elapsed, no claims will be accepted regarding the condition in which they were delivered.
All costs incurred due to customer violations, such as incorrect data, unavailability to receive the goods, change of destination of the goods once shipped, or others, must be borne exclusively by the customer.
Unless out of stock or items are backordered, items will be shipped immediately and you will receive the product within the following timeframes.
EXPRESS MAIL TRANSPORT:
2 to 5 weekdays on the peninsula. Up to 7 days for other areas.
Returns
We will accept the return of merchandise when: The product sent does not meet the customer’s expectations or does not correspond to the one requested, after prior notification to Eleven Obi, it must be returned to our warehouse with postage paid by the customer. The return period in this case is fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the order, and it must be returned in its original packaging, unopened and without damage to the product.
If the product has been opened during shipping and the customer detects significant damage or breakage, the carrier must be notified, and delivery will not be accepted. Eleven Obi will pay the full cost of the merchandise and express shipping.
