The Customer may purchase the products from the catalog through a payment gateway with the purpose of finalizing online purchases. Process of purchase
Each product has a token containing the description of the same and its sale price with the current VAT included (21%). In the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the tax is set at 0%, since it is the Customer who assumes it and enters the corresponding administration.
The final purchase price of a product may vary due to the associated shipping costs and the payment method chosen. Always before confirming an order, the customer will be perfectly informed of all existing costs and exact prices, as well as the amount related to taxes.
In most cases the sheet of a product will have a photograph of the product, as well as its characteristics, which have been transferred by the manufacturer itself or in its defect from other publicly accessible sources. Acceptance of Purchase

Payment of Orders
Orders will be paid by PayPal or credit / debit card.

Credit / debit card
Payment by credit / debit card is made via a Redsys virtual POS. By requesting this means of payment, you will be redirected to a page in a secure bank environment. This data is not managed on Akame servers. Once the payment process is complete, you will be redirected back to our website. If your payment is accepted you will be able to view the order details.
ELEVEN OBI reserves the right to expand or reduce the number of payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Delivery times for orders
The delivery times of orders depend on the availability of the product (s) that compose them. It can be in 48/72 hours, or 7 to 10 days for items that are not in stock and arrive in our warehouses soon.
However, this availability period may be changed in the event of simultaneous orders on the same product (s) in which the end of the product & # 39; s stocks entails. The new delivery time will be indicated to the Customer as soon as possible. Shipping Terms and Conditions
ELEVEN OBI will send orders by means of transport that is agreed with the customer, usually the collaborating company of ELEVEN OBI.
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products, being visible on the purchase completion page after you have entered a billing / shipping address. In this way, the shipping costs will be provided to the customer prior to the formalization of the purchase and will be duly detailed on the invoice.
The shuttle service will include home delivery.
Dear customer, please be aware that orders outside the European Union might carry extra customs costs. These costs are local government costs outside of our control and they are the buyer’s responsibility. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
In accordance with the provisions of the current legislation, the claim for damage or defect of the goods transported must be made within two weeks of receipt of the goods, unless the damage is evident at the time of receipt of the goods, in which case, the claim must be made at the time of receipt of the goods. After the terms expressed, no claim will be accepted against the state in which they were delivered.
